With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Alisa Navarrete, a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, who left this world on May 7, 2025. Alisa's presence was a light to all who knew her, a storyteller with a gift for weaving laughter, wisdom, and warmth into every tale she shared. Her ability to connect with people, making friends with ease and sincerity, was a testament to her generous heart and compassionate soul.
Alisa's love and legacy live on through her husband, Ricardo Navarrete, and her children—Anne, Andrea, Sarah, and Jonathan—who will continue to carry forward her strength and warmth. She is also survived by her sister, Terry; her brothers, Joey, Daryl, Morgan, and Ray; and her cherished grandchildren, Lalita, Rose Marie, and Selina, whom she adored beyond measure.
She now rests peacefully, reunited with her parents, Joe and Gracie Baber, and her beloved son, Jesus Navarrete, who preceded her in passing.
While our hearts ache in her absence, we celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the countless moments of love and joy she shared. Alisa's memory will be held close, and her stories will forever echo in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A private celebration of life will be held on May 30, 2025. A graveside service will take place on her birthday, June 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Safford, AZ Cemetery.
