Audrey Rose Shargots

Long time resident Audrey Rose Shargots known to most as "Granny" went to be with the Lord

on May 3,2024. Audrey was born on August 4, 1934 in Bedford, England. At age 12 she and her

family moved to Trona, Ca and later relocated to Ridgecrest, Ca. As a loving Mother,

Grandmother, and Great Grandmother she never missed an opportunity to support her family

and participate in any activity that was going on. Whether it be sports, ballets, plays,

promotions, graduations, weddings, you name it she was there. She enjoyed hiking, shopping

and homemaking. Throughout her life she stayed busy and worked hard. She worked in food

service, as a coordinator at Ridgecrest Senior Center, as a manager of the Coyote snack bar at

Cerro Coso College and later in life she volunteered as a Pink Lady at Ridgecrest Regional

Hospital. As a family we would like to thank the staff at Bella Sera for the care they provided our

Granny the last few years.

On June 15, 2024 Graveside at Desert Memorial Park at 10:00 AM and followed by a

Celebration of Life at Crossroads Community Church at 11:30 AM.
