Brian Robert Jensen

Brian Robert Jensen, age 12, was called home to his Lord and Savior on
Saturday, May 18, 2019 after a traffic accident on the way home from
an Los Angeles Angels baseball game.
Brian was born on May 30, 2006 in Ridgecrest, CA to parents Victor and
Julie Jensen. Brian is described by family and friends as quiet,
mischievous, and funny. Brian loved being outdoors. He was a member of
Cub Scout Pack 848 from Tiger through Arrow of Light, he then bridged
into Boy Scout Troop 35 where he held the rank of Tenderfoot.  Brian
was an active member in community and school sports. He loved playing
baseball and basketball. He was a star player on the Immanuel
Christian School Junior High basketball team. When Brian wasn't
playing sports or hiking and camping with his family or Boy Scout
troop, he was playing video games with his friends or rough-housing
with his brother and sister.
Brian is survived by his parents Victor & Julie; brother Victor,
sister Valerie and baby brother due in July; Grandparents Robert
Bloudek and Victor and Susan Jensen; Aunts Chrissy Lara (David), Katie
Nicholson (Ben) and Amanda Bloudek; Uncles Matthew Bloudek and James
Jensen (Brianna); Cousins Anthony and Victor Lara and Madison Bloudek.
Brian is preceded in death by his grandmother Rebecca Bloudek.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29 from 4-7pm at the
Holland & Lyons Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday,
June 1 at 10am at the Ridgecrest Church of the Nazarene. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to
