Catherine Jane (Travers) Carpenter

Was born on March 24,1960 in San Bernardino. She passed away peacefully on July 30, 2024 in Ridgecrest, California. Cathi grew up in Lynwood California, and she graduated from Lynwood High class of 1978. She loved her Lynwood family very much and enjoyed going to the Old Farts Picnic as often as she could. Cathi married her best friend on April 8, 2006 James (Jim) William Carpenter. They together had a Beautiful blended family. Cathi had a beautiful soul and went out of her way to make everyone feel like family. She loved the hustle and bustle of having all her kids home, But more than anything she loved having the grandkids with her. She loved doting on them more than anything. She loved making quilts and clothing for them. Cathi loved catching a Dodger game with Jim and working in her sewing room, baking or just being with her family and friends.

Cathi is survived by her amazing husband James (Jim) William Carpenter and her 9 children and there spouses Melissa (Joe), Travis (Araceli), Nicholas (Shelli) Adam (Racheal), Chelsea (Bo),Lucas (Jessica),Andrew,Tyler (Mariah),David as well as her 16 Grandchildren Peytynn, Emberly, Allyson, Arthur, Elaina, Lucas Jr. Everleigh, Elias, Kaydence, Isabella, Ivy, Corrie, Kayla, Troy, Isaac, Grayson
