Devin was born in Ridgecrest on January 19, 1999 and passed away July 14, 2022 in Ridgecrest.
Devin grew up in Ridgecrest. He enjoyed the outdoors and his passion for music gave him great pleasure. He was inspired by his love of new vocabulary that emanated through every lyrical freestyle he would sing. Family was important to Devin and he loved spending time with all his large family and friends. Devin was very loving and quick to forgive. He loved that he was the big brother. Devin had been accepted to the Conservation Corp Fire Camp and was excited about the upcoming opportunity.
He did not let adversity stop him and he was always willing to try the next path. Devin was much loved and will be greatly missed.
Devin is survived by his Mother Dee Ann Terrain, Father Jason Carter, Stepfather Curtis Vaughn, Brothers Kyle Vaughn and David Loudon-Carter, Grandparents Judy Fisher, Ray and Susan Carter, Ray and Barbara Smith and Carole Vaughn and Stan Rajtora. Uncles Jeffery Carter, aunts Jessica Ramos, Jennifer Jessup, Annie Orozco, Crystal LeRoy, Candy Lanter.
SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED FOR:
*Viewing August 4, 2022, at Holland and Lyons at Thursday August 4, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm.
Services will be held August 5, 2022 at the Nazarene Church at 10:00am.
*Interment at Ridgecrest Cemetery Saturday August 6, 2022, at 10:00am.
Family and friends are welcome to attend.
