Donna Rae Carter

February 7, 1947 - April 5, 2022

Donna was born in Lamar, MO, raised up in Trona, CA by her parents Ray and Flora Mae Storm, married Kenneth (Buck) Carter in Trona and they lived their lives and raised up their kids between Trona, Ridgecrest and Weiser, ID. Donna was living in Ridgecrest at the time of her passing. She was a kind, loving and God fearing woman; she worked hard, played hard and loved hard. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Buck Carter. She is survived by her daughter Kary Thomas of Ridgecrest, son Carl Carter (Juliana) of Inyokern, grandson Shae Carter of Ridgecrest, sister Bonnie Steuber (Tom) of Albuquerque, niece Val Greene of Rio Rancho, NM, nephew Kurt Steuber (Carrie) of Glendale, AZ and a whole tribe of Carters! We have peace knowing that she is in the Fathers arms, in her perfect body, walking again and dancing with Buck in the heavens. Services will be held at Grace Connection FourSquare, 114 Gemstone, Ridgecrest on April 23rd at 1pm.
