Jenny Elizabeth Fouse passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13 th , 2020. She was born in Washington DC to John & Mary Caputo, July 31, 1938. After graduating from Suitland High School in Suitland, MD where she lived until 1976 she went to work with the CIA. She met and married Glenn Farmer in 1961 and had two sons. After the youngest went to school, she worked as a secretary to the Principal at Tayac Elementary School for a few years. After divorcing, she went to work for the Naval Intelligence Support Center (NISC) and loved the job.
During that time the Naval Weapons Center, China Lake sent Alan Fouse to work at NISC and Jenny met the love of her life. He arrived in September 1975 and they married in May 1976 and headed for China Lake with the 2 boys. She worked a few years on base but found that she loved doing stained glass better and started her "Beauty in Glass" business which she did for 11 years. After Alan retired in 1990, they became Campground hosts in the Sierra Mountains from May to October for the next 10 years. After hosting, they decided to relax and enjoy the desert which they both loved.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother and brother. She is survived by her loving husband Alan, sons John Farmer and family in Texas; Gary Farmer and family in Costa Rica; brother's wife (Colleen) S. Dakota, niece Kerri; grandchildren, Janie (Matt - Texas), Brindy, Irina, Chandee, Derick, Vince, & Jenny – Costa Rica, and a great grandson Easton & great-grand daughter Emmery as well as a couple other great grandchildren from extended family. There will be no services or memorial. No flowers are necessary. Give someone you love a hug and think about her love of the desert. She had a good life.
