Joshua is survived by his parents, Traci Diane Campbell-Rich and Paul Anthony Rich both from Ridgecrest, California, his daughter Scarlet Ava Rich, his brother Cody Campbell-Rich, his sister Taryn Campbell and brother in law Christopher Doud, Sisters Alixandrea Rich, and Grace Rich, nephews Beau and Easton Harwood, Anderson and Aycen Araujo, and nieces Hayley and Emma Dowd. Grandparents David and Terry Campbell and Molona Newell and several amazing Aunts , Uncles and Cousins whom he loved very much!
Joshua was the youngest child of Paul and Traci Rich, he lived in Bellingham Washington until 2011 when he moved to Ridgecrest with his mom and sister to be near his grandparents and family. Joshua was a kind, outgoing boy with a huge imagination and an ability to make everyone who knew him smile! He was a poet and dreamer, a lover of music, astronomy, outer space, creative thinkers innovators and his family. Joshua achieved some interesting things in his short life, he learned to fly and land and airplane at 13 and even flew a plane with a world record holding pilot! He played ice hockey and the guitar and went to more concerts than he could count! Josh had many passions and hobbies but his favorites were skateboarding, music and good food! He dreamed of attending culinary school and traveling the world in search of great dining experiences. The love and light of Joshua's life was his daughter Scarlet born on September 18, 2020. He enjoyed going on trips and to restaurants with his mom and his daughter, discussing ideas, music and attending concerts with his dad, and hiking, fishing and camping with his big brother Cody. Josh's sisters played a huge role in his life! His big sisters Taryn and Alix protected, loved him and were his sidekicks in his young teen years. Josh has many cousins who where his best friends and little cousins who he would sing to and share his wisdom with. His nephew Easton was his best buddy and he shared many special times and memories with Beau and Easton when his mom watched them at their house. Joshua made an impression on everyone who met him, he was so smart, kind, insightful, interesting and gave the best hugs! Joshua will be forever missed!
