Karl Dieter Kuehn

Karl D. Kuehn was born in Germany April 19, 1944. He came to America at the end 1954, where he attended a Christian day school in Hollywood, Calif. He then went to La Cant high school also located in Hollywood. In 1958 he moved to the San Gabriel Valley and went to Mark Keppel high school in Alhambra. From there he continued his education at USC Riverside and got a degree in Physics.

He started with NAWS China Lake in 1967 as a civil servant.

He spent his free time hiking, biking and 4-Wheeling. He was also an avid glider pilot and instructor for Sierra Soaring.

He retired in the mid to late 90s to take care of his aging parents.
