Larry Leon Jeffris

Larry Leon Jeffris, 83, passed away peacefully on 21 April 2023 at High Desert Haven.
Larry was a long-term resident of Ridgecrest and retired from the NAWS after a
successful career as a mechanical engineer. He enjoyed traveling in his motorhome,
playing games, western movies, corn dogs, coaching and playing sports, and spending
time with his family. Larry will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Larry was recently preceded in death by his wife of almost 63 years, Linda Lee Jeffris
(Pruitt). He is survived by his children, Jerri (Alan) Stratton, Larry (Laura) Jeffris,
and Michael (Derek) Jeffris; his grandchildren Kimberly (David) Underwood, Leslie
(Phillip) Mellor, Kenny Jeffris, Makayla Jeffris, and Nicholas Jeffris; and his three
great-grandchildren, Cayden Underwood, Waylon Mellor, and Cash Mellor. He was
also predeceased by his sister Ellen Burkhalter (Jeffris), his brother Marvin Jeffris,
and his parents.

A memorial service will be held in his honor at 11:00am on 6 May 2023 at Holland &  Lyons Mortuary Ridgecrest, CA.
