Madeleine Prince

Madeleine Prince was born on July 18th, 1933 in Port Au Prince, Haiti to Albert & Cerilia. Madeleine passed away in Lancaster, California on June 6th, 2020.  She was 86 years old.

Mrs. Prince worked providing child care for many families. She and her family had lived in Ridgecrest after moving from Haiti and New York. Madeleine was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Madeleine was a wife, mother, and grandmother that loved her family, caring for children, and cooking. Mrs. Prince was hard working, thoughtful caring, and devoted to her loved ones.

Mrs. Prince was married to Joseph Arnold Prince who passed away in 1992. She is survived by her 6 children and many grandchildren. Madeleine had 5 sons: Kenold, Patrick, Frantz, Yvan, Liautaud and 1 daughter: Marjorie. Madeleine is also survived by her living siblings. Her 12 grandchildren include: Lisa, Frantz Jr., Devon, Diamond, Darnell, Joseph, Nadya, Angelina, Braedon, Tiana , Gabrielle, and Laleah. Madeleine also had 5 Great Grandchildren: Chamari, Harmonee, Issac, Kaleb, and Jiovannie.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am  Friday, June 19, 2020 at St. Ann Catholic Church. Burial will be at Desert Memorial Park. Visitation is 5pm Thursday June 18, at Holland & Lyons Chapel
