Mae Jeanette (Helland) Loback

Mae J. Loback passed away on April 5, 2018 peacefully at home with her family by her side at the age of 86. She now joins her husband Jim Loback for eternal life. They were married for 62 years when he passed away May 22, 2017.

Mae was born in Bismarck, ND on November 14, 1931. On June 25, 1955, she married the love of her life and soulmate, "C" Jimmie Loback. She spent most of her life as a nurse's aide. She took pride in always helping others. She traveled the world with Jim during his time serving his country in the military until he retired on February 29, 1972.  While living in Juneau, AK where they were blessed with a baby boy, Stephen. While in Turkey they were then blessed with a baby girl, Cynthia. Mae was a very devoted wife and mother. After Jim retired from the military, the family moved to California and settled down. Mae and Jim then started traveling many places here and other countries after they both retired. Mae enjoyed spending time with family and friends, golfing, and traveling with her husband, Jim.

Mae is survived by her son Stephen, daughter Cynthia and her husband Terry Parsons, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held April 12, 2018 at 6:00pm at Holland and Lyons Mortuary in Ridgecrest, CA. She will be laid to rest with Jim on April 13, 2018 at 11:00am at The Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA.
