Margaret "Peggy" Ann Busch

Margaret (Peggy) Ann Busch, of Ridgecrest, CA, 76 year old, passed away on October 4, 2021 in  her residence peacefully. She was born on September 19,1945, attended Burroughs High School, and lived in Ridgecrest for most of her life.

She had many passions in her life and all of them made up an important part of who she is. Most of Ridgecrest will know her as a career Medical Transcriptionist at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. After completing school in San Francisco in 1969 she returned back to Ridgecrest to begin her career as Medical Transcriptionist at Drummond Medical Group.She took a break to focus on raising her two children, Miriam and Amy, after that she returned to the same career for over 30 yrs.  You know her for that smiling face in the hallway and spent her days making sure everyone's medical visits were transcribed perfectly. She was so much more than that for those that were lucky enough to work beside her.

She had an adventurous spirit and loved to try new things. She loved horses and rode them in competition. She danced, sang beautifully, and played guitar. She has a passion for baking and would make cakes for CLOTA for the closing night of their shows. She never knew how to do anything half-way and would pour herself into anything she set out to do. Peggy had the biggest heart of anyone you would ever know. She became Momma Busch to anyone that needed one and would treat them all as if they were her own children. In that we had a very large chosen family and everyone was equally loved by her. There will be a hole where Peggy once was that can not be filled and she will be missed. She is survived by her two daughters Miriam Busch and Amy Galibut and her Grand Daughter Malaya Galibut, in which she will never be forgotten in this world.

Her celebration of life will be at Holland and Lyon on Nov 13, 2021 at 11:30am with reception to follow at 2pm at VFW Hall.
