Mark Alan Godfrey

June 1959 - February 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Godfrey.
Mark Alan Godfrey, 65 years young, and longtime resident of Ridgecrest, CA left us to be with his Savior on February 6, 2025. Mark was the youngest of 6 boys born to Marv and Dorthy Godfrey. Mark was preceded by both his parents as well as his brother Michael Godfrey. He leaves behind his beloved wife Debbie Godfrey, his daughter Christa Haefele, son-in-law Joshua Haefele, daughter Cassandra Bullock, son-in-law Joshua Bullock, his son Lee Godfrey, and his adored grandchildren Joshua Haefele Jr., Addyson Haefele, and Caleb Bullock. He also leaves behind four of his brothers, Jeff Godfrey, Steve Godfrey, Chris Godfrey, Doug Godfrey, and all their families. Mark had many amazing achievements in life, but the ones he considered most valuable were his family and ministering into the lives of others. While he will be deeply missed we find comfort in knowing he is overjoyed to be in the presence of his Lord.

Celebration of Life will be held February 22, 2025 @ 1:00pm at Hope City Church, 800 W Upjohn Ave, Ridgecrest, CA
