Nick was an affectionate, dedicated and hardworking husband and father who always put the needs of others ahead of his own. Born in Bozeman, Montana he moved to Ridgecrest, California, where he made his home and was known for his compassionate nature, giving spirit and witty sense of humor. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and offer words of comfort to whomever needed it. He enjoyed fishing at Crowley Lake and NASCAR every year. He was preceded in death by his parents Nick Sr. and Patricia Kleinschmidt and is survived by his wife Annie, and children Trina and Nicholas (Carter, Mark, Finn and Penelope). Nick’s personality brought warmth and joy to everyone he encountered, and his passing will be mourned deeply by everyone who knew and loved him. Nick’s memory will remain in the hearts of his family, and all those who were honored to have had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will live on for years to come, inspiring those around him with his kindheartedness, generosity and unforgettable spirit.
