Phillip Ross Zackrison

Phillip Ross Zackrison was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 30, 1946 to Phil and Lois Zackrison. He passed away peacefully at the home of his son Phil and daughter in law Julie, by his side on December 20, 2020.

Phil spent nearly 40 years as a general manager for Sav-on, at multiple locations. He moved to Ridgecrest when Sav-on opened here and managed that store as well.

To know Phil, was to love him! He was so fun to talk to and was always cracking jokes. His passion was watching the Dodgers and Rams games.

Phil was preceeded in death by his parents and his sister Joyce Taliaferro. He is survived by his son Phil (Julie) Zackrison; daughters Brandie (Eloy) Ruiz; Kandis (Art) Garcia; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his sister Judy Tanner and many nieces and nephews.

At this time, a celebration of life has not been planned, but will be in the near future.
