Our precious mother, wife, grandma, great grandma, sister, and friend was called home by her savior Jesus Christ on 1/6/2023 at the age of 90. She is survived by her husband, Joseph, of 67 years, 7 children, 17 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Phyllis was the most sincere and loving person who brightened a room or occasion with her presence. She was a woman of strong faith and raised us all in the Christian faith and we remain a loving and close-knit family. Her creative ability and sense of adventure was unmatched. She sewed clothes for her children and decorated for every holiday or occasion especially celebrating her Irish heritage on St Patricks Day. Her family enjoyed each summer camping, hiking, and swimming at the beach or mountains. She loved animals and allowed her kids to bring any stray in need home. She cared for friends on their dying beds and was a phone call away for anyone in need, including strangers. Her legacy is a lifetime of love and sacrifice for all those she loved. To love hard is to lose hard and we're heartbroken in our loss of the most incredible woman. We are honored to carry on her legacy of love and grace. Phyllis' memorial service will be held at 10 am on Friday, 1/20/23, at St Ann's church.
