Richard "Rick" Phillips passed away at his home in Ridgecrest, CA surrounded by his family on April 19th, 2019. Richard was born February 20, 1946 to Joseph and Doris Phillips in Acushnet, MA. Rick proudly served in the United States Army during his life. He was a proud veteran and deeply loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, their children, 12 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
