Robert Edward Benzler

Robert (Bob) E. Benzler, Jr., age 63, of Red Mountain, CA passed away June 18 th , 2023
at 3:08pm.

He is survived by his wife, of 37 years, Carol L. Benzler(McAfee), step-son Richmond
E. Young IV and his wife Allyson Young of Florida, step-daughter Kathryn J Skuse and
her wife Carissa Skuse of Palmer, MA and his grandchildren, Tyler Skuse, Alexander
Prokop, Vivien Young, Christian Prokop, Jaxon Prokop, Colton Young, Bryce Young
and Riley Young.

Bob grew up in Mojave, Ca where he attended Mojave High School. He worked for
US Borax and China Lake NAWS.

He lived in California where he enjoyed fishing, mining, working on cars, carpentry
and various other projects.

Bob may have had some struggles, but lived life to the fullest. He loved telling stories and jokes while spending time with family and friends.He would do anything for the people he cared for and loved finding the hidden gems. He made everyone who knew him laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories he shared. Our family is grateful to know that Bob is finally at peace after his valiant battle with Stage 4 Prostrate Cancer.
