RONALD RICHARD GRIEGER

Heaven received another angel. Ronald Richard Grieger, 70, of Ridgecrest, CA, died January 30, 2022 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Ron was born June 18, 1951 in Fargo, North Dakota to Laurn and Ida (Pronovost) Grieger. Ron joined the Navy after graduation and served his country from October, 1970 thru January, 1980. He was employed with Naval Air Weapons Station, as Electronics Technician at China Lake, CA until retirement in 2011.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, darts, pool and spending time with his family. He was loved by family and friends alike. He was an active member of the American Legion and the VFW.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Juanita Grieger of Ridgecrest, CA; daughter, Sheila Gerard of Milnor, ND; son, Eric Grieger of Ridgecrest, CA; grandsons, Thomas Ramey of Gwinner, ND; Michael Zimmerman of Dubuque, IA; sisters, Linda (Roger) Johnson of Gwinner, ND; Sandra Watson (special friend James) of Las Vegas, NV;  brothers, Richard Grieger of Gwinner, ND; Michael (Linda) Mokrycki of Papillion, NE; sister-in-law, Sherry Grieger of Herman, MN; brother-in-law, Raymond Wathan of Madison, AL; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Laurn and Ida Grieger; his brother Gary Grieger; and sister Marlene Wathan.
