Sondra Jeanne Ramirez

Sondra Jeanne Ramirez, 59, of Ridgecrest, California, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 5, 2023.

Sondra was born on November 27, 1963, the daughter of Harland and Sylvia Jones. She married Louis Ramirez on March 12, 1983. Sondra graduated from Antelope Valley High School, and met Louis shortly there after. Sondra enjoyed playing softball, bowling, dancing, yard work, and being a homemaker for her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and traveling to new places, and of course riding her motorcycle.

Survivors include her husband: Louis; her mother: Sylvia; three children: Samantha Ramirez, Sabrina (Matthew) Lavender-Knott, Joshua (LaShay) Ramirez; four grandchildren: Erika Ponting, Colie Rae Bateman, Bryar Rodeffer, Connor Lavender-Knott; two sisters: Susan (Troy) Taylor, Sheryl (John) McKay; one brother: Scott Jones; a close family friend: Tom Socci; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Services will take place at Holland and Lyons Mortuary in Ridgecrest on Monday, November 27, 2023 with a viewing from 12:00PM - 2:00PM and a service following starting at 2:00PM
