Susan Kay Wells

Susie Wells, age 73, Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away peacefully into heaven, on January 11, 2022.  She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on July 26, 1948.  She was a long time resident of Ridgecrest California where she worked as a Cosmetologist for over 40 years.

Susie is proceeded in death by her parents, Stanley Smith and Lorraine Hilgeman and two children, Christine Wells-Groves and Sherri Richards, both of Ridgecrest California.

Susie is survived by her two siblings; Karen Shiels and her husband Ian of Kingman Arizona, Roger Smith and his wife Cheryl of New York; one daughter Kim Graves and her husband Bryce of Bella Vista Arkansas; six grandchildren, Nikkie Schmeisser of Northwest Arkansas, Baylee Schmeisser of Portland Oregon, Megan Richards of Ridgecrest California, Ty and Madison Graves, Hanna Graves, Haley Gladden and her husband Dawson of Northwest Arkansas; and two great grandchildren, Emarie and Kaden Graves, of Northwest Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, Susie asked that a donation be made to the local food bank.

A memorial celebration will be held in Ridgecrest at Holland & Lyons Mortuary on April 12, 2022 @ 10AM
