Susie A. Brooks,81, passed from this life on March 25, 2018, at her home in Trona California.
Susie was born September 7, 1936, in Monticello, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Daisy Chambers and late Marion Hill.
Susie was a homemaker and loyal Arkansas Razorback fan. She loved traveling and fishing with her late husband Donald M. Brooks. Susie was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Orrel D. Savage, daughter Terry Savage Tumlison (Renn), and son Kevin R. West (Kathy); her sister, Margaret Graham, and brother, Billy G. Carpenter; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Daisy and Marion Hill, three brothers, Preston L. Hill, Russell Hill and G.T. Hill Jr. and one sister L.Maxine Hill Langford.
Graveside services will be March 30, 2018, at 10 am , Friday in Searles Valley Cemetery Trona, California.
