Victoria Louise Winters

Vikki was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but spent her teenage years through college in Arkansas. She then moved to San Clemente, California and started a family in 2002.

Vikki is survived by her wonderful children Olivia and Holden; and her mother and sister. She loved making art and helping animals and is gone way too soon.
