Wallace George Fletcher (Wally), to his friends passed away at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital February 22, 2021. He was 84.
He was born on July 13, 1936 to Jouett Fletcher and Mae (Claunch) Fletcher in Wilburton, Oklahoma. Wally was a long time resident of Ridgecrest since 1964.
He was a hardworking man who loved his job at Naval Weapons Center at China Lake. It was his supreme joy to be at work until he lost his sight in 1994.
Wally was proceeded in death by his 3 sisters and 4 brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte June Fletcher of Ridgecrest,
Daughter- Kimberleigh L. Fletcher and husband Gregory Torre of Valley Springs, CA
Son- Kary L Fletcher and wife Mildred of Erwin, Tennessee
Grandchildren: Marina and Shane Torre, Adam and Audra Fletcher
