William "Bill" Franklin Wright

William "Bill" Wright was born October 27, 1953 to William and Geraldine Wright in Redfield, South Dakota and went peacefully home to be with his Lord on November 13,2021 with his wife Debra and family by his side. Bill was always full of laughter and carried it and his faith till the end. He was an inspiration to many by keeping his faith and strength throughout his journey.

He met his wife Debra in 1991 at their 20 year high school reunion that was then where their two families came together as one.

Bill had a passion for volunteering at his local Church Trona Valley Christian Assembly of God by getting up early on Friday mornings to cook the men's prayer breakfast with his sidekick Pastor Ed, being a leader for their youth group and ushering. He also enjoyed drag racing, fishing, camping and doing laundry but most importantly spending time with his family.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, his son Gary and sister Mary. Bill is survived by his wife Debra, son Joshua Wright, daughter Sarah Ancira and husband Richard, daughter Stephanie Walent and husband Chris, Sister Sandy Yglesias, sister Sally McKenzie and husband Ron, Granddaughter Kali Ancira, Grandsons Tyler Walent, Ryder Walent and Kain Ancira, and many nieces and nephews. He was also survived by his Best Friend John Williams who loved him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday November 21, 2021 at 1pm at the Trona Elementary School Cafeteria with a burial following at the Searles Valley Cemetery. The family invites you afterwards for a reception at the Trona Elementary School Cafeteria to share stories and laughter to remember Bill.
